100% recommend if you are trying to find that salon to get waxed! Friendly and very welcoming, clear and detailed explanations to processes and putting you at ease. Chatty and down to earth, been to several waxing salons and by far this is the best one i have been to both experience wise and outcome of waxing. Gemma is a wonderful beautician👏

A good visit however I still paid for a service I didn’t receive which was my choice. I thought that I would only pay for what had done and not full price for something I decided against due to medical issues. I would have been happy to make a contribution for the time but I wouldn’t have expected to pay the full amount as they didn’t have to use any products and this did free up their time anyway. I paid £104 and what I had done would have cost me £54! Saying all this I will still visit them in the future. But will make sure I only pay for what I actually receive!

Lucy is amazing! I had my first wax ever and the experience was beyond perfect. she walked me through everything, we laughed, she’s so professional and made me feel so comfortable. all the girls i met this day made me feel so at ease and i’ve booked my next one 🥰 thank you so much xx

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I've had 2 treatments here and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now. The team are always friendly, highly professional, really know their stuff and are great at what they do - that goes for both the experienced and trainee colleagues. You can book online and unlike a lot of places, there are evening appointments available.

I've been attending Gems for quite a while now and the service is always top notch. I usually see Ellie for my services and she is great at what she does. In fact the whole team are and I'm always made to feel welcome and relaxed when attending the salon. I would recommend Gems to anyone and everyone, not least because of the excellent service, but also the reasonable prices. Many thanks to Ellie and the team x
